Courtyard by Marriott Silver Spring
For guests joining us from out of town, we've secured a block of hotel rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Silver Spring.
The hotel is extremely conveniently located for all of the bat mitzvah weekend events! Both our Friday night gathering and our Saturday night party will be located at the Silver Spring Civic Center, just a 3 minute walk away from the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The hotel has a breakfast coffee shop, and is located across the street from a Whole Foods and among a wide range of food options in downtown Silver Spring.
For those driving to and around DC, there is a parking garage on site. For those who would want to use Metro, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the Silver Spring Metro Station. The Silver Spring station shares the Red Line with the Cleveland Park station, located 1 minute walk from Adas Israel Congregation.
For parents with young children, the King Rooms have a pull out couch, and the Courtyard staff told us they have some pack n' plays available -- we would urge you to contact the hotel to secure whatever you would need to make your stay comfortable. If you are coming from out of town and there is something you need to help make your stay comfortable that the hotel cannot accommodate, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Rates: $119+tax for single king guest rooms with sofa bed and $129+tax for double queen guest rooms for arrival 26 January through departure 28 January, 2024. Group rate offered applies one day before and after requested group dates.
